Connection Errors On First2Host.co.uk

Over the weekend we completed some upgrades to our client area. These upgrades where required so we could implement a new version of our website and client area. Some of the upgrades appear to have failed and have caused us to see intermittent errors inside our client area. Some customers do have access to the client area, whilst others do not. We have taken the decision to remove access for everyone and work through our updates to diagnose the issue.

Support can be accessed by posting in the relevant forum for your product. We understand having no access to your account is an inconvenience and we thank you for your co operation whilst we work to deliver your client area back to you.

[UPDATE : 20/07/2015 @ 13.23]

This issue seems to be related to two separate issues. There's an error at Enom meaning the name servers are not performing the correct requests on the domain name first2host.co.uk and a database issue inside the core database of our site is also causing pages to not appear. We're still investigating all issues and further information will be published once we have it.
